The physicians at Main Urology Associates, P.C. provide the experience only available at a well-established practice. Our urologists supplement their knowledge with attendance at American Urologic Association sponsored training programs, continuing education seminars and online programs, and in Community service to the patients and fellow physicians through their service on Health System Boards, as Hospital Officers, County Medical Society Officers, State of New York Office of Professional Misconduct, Buffalo Urologic Society Officers, and for the year 2010, as National President of the American Urologic Association. Our physicians continue to author book chapters in Medical Textbooks, publish in Peer review journals, and present at local, State, National, and International Symposia.

Each member of our treatment team from doctors, midlevel Nurse Practitioners and Physican Assistants, and nurses through to our office staff are here to guide patients through diagnosis and treatment. Expect a careful review of your medical record and a thorough examination before our staff provides you with a well-designed treatment plan. We will discuss all available treatment options with you.

For most physicians it is both a blessing in that it helps us identify men at risk for prostate cancer, and a “curse” in that the test is neither specific enough nor sensitive enough to be labeled a “true” Prostate Cancer test.
