• True Medical Emergency - Call 911 and go to the closest emergency room

• Urgent Care Situations (requiring immediate attention) - Call main office at 631-0932, select "0" from the Main Urology phone menu to immediately speak to a member of the staff

Non-Urgent Problems

• Triage Department - Open 9am - 5 pm daily. Call 631-0932 ext. 671 for routine messages or to speak to a staff member:

• Prescription Refill Line - 631-0932 ext. 676. Most insurance companies cover prescription refills 1 week in advance. State policy of calls to pharmacy. Please call for prescription refills no later than 7 days in advance. Spell your name, give date of birth, medication requested, pharmacy name and phone number and prescription number. Main Urology cannot guarantee same day or overnight prescription refills.
